Ojava today is your longevity and healthspan workspace. The licensed clinical layer is on the roadmap, we’ll add it as we bring on clinical partners, state by state. These are planned, not available yet.
What’s coming
- Licensed clinician review: clinicians licensed in your state reviewing the packets Ojava helps you prepare, with a record of what they changed.
- Prescriptions & refills: clinician-issued prescriptions and renewals sent to the pharmacy you choose.
- Lab ordering: order the biomarker panels Ojava helps you scope, routed to a partner lab network.
- Referrals & specialist care: releasing referrals and specialist handoffs after a licensed reviewer signs off.
- Virtual visits & ongoing care: message or video-visit a clinician and build an ongoing care relationship on your longitudinal record.
- Insurance & billing: coverage checks, HSA/FSA eligibility, and in-app payment for connected clinical services.
- Referral rewards: invite a friend with your personal link and you both get something back. The “Share Ojava” card on your profile shows your link and only ever shows you counts, never who joined.
How it fits the longevity focus
This is sequencing, not a pivot. Ojava’s core today is the unregulated longevity and wellness workspace. The licensed clinical layer is a future expansion we grow into with proper licensing, turning on partner by partner, state by state.

These features do not exist in Ojava yet. Until they ship, Ojava prepares context for your own licensed clinician; it does not diagnose, prescribe, order labs, or provide treatment.
