Guides for bringing records in, reading a lab panel marker by marker, following a wearable trend, working with Ojava Coach, exporting everything again, and knowing exactly where the wellness boundary sits.

35 guides, kept in step with what the product actually does.

Progress

One tab that shows you the shape of your effort over time: your trend, your streak, and a weekly read on how the week actually went.

What the Progress tab is

Progress is one of Ojava's primary tabs. It does not ask you to log anything new. Instead it gathers the numbers you are already building across the app, your body metrics, your food and workout logs, your wearable readings, and your goals, and presents them as a single view of how things are trending. It is meant to be motivating and honest, not a scorecard to feel judged by.

Weight and body trends

Your weight and body-composition entries roll up into a trend you can read at a glance, and your progress photos sit alongside it for a visual before-and-after. The same body context is logged and explained on the Tracking & logs page; Progress is where it comes together as a trend rather than a list of individual entries.

Body Composition Report

The Body Composition Report is built as part of a paid add-on, but its activation flags are off and it is not available to buy yet. Once activated, it can organize structured measurements you logged or imported, such as weight, body fat, waist, and source-provided smart-scale metrics. It never interprets a body photo or estimates body composition from an image. Progress photos remain a separate visual record. The report is general-wellness context, not a diagnosis or a replacement for clinical body-composition testing.

Streak, momentum, and achievements

Progress shows your show-up streak and the achievements you have unlocked as you keep coming back. These are warm, low-pressure nudges: a streak celebrates consistency, not perfection, and it fails gently rather than punishing a missed day. The streak and achievement logic is the same one described under Goals & progress; here it lives next to your trend so the encouragement and the evidence sit together.

Your progress score and action plan

A progress score summarizes recent momentum from your own activity, and a goal action plan turns your active goals into a short, signal-ranked list of general-wellness habits to focus on next. The ranking is driven by your own data, not a generic template. Full detail on how goals and the action plan work is on the Goals & progress page.

Your weekly review

Once a week, Progress builds a short review of how the week went across your wearable and activity signals, readiness, recovery, sleep, and training load, so you can see the week as a whole instead of day by day. It is a plain-language recap of trends you can already see on the Wearables & longevity page, framed as "here is what this week looked like" rather than an alert or a diagnosis.

Important

Education and encouragement, not a medical verdict. Progress reflects the trends in the data you have brought in. It does not diagnose anything, grade your health, or tell you that a change is safe or unsafe for you. When a trend raises a question, Progress helps you take it, and a clear summary of it, to a conversation with your clinician.

Read the guide, then bring your own record

Every page here describes something you can do with data you already have: a lab PDF sitting in an email, an export from a watch, a photograph of dinner. Nothing joins your record until you have seen it and accepted it.

  • Plain language first

A guide says what a marker or a trend generally means in the words a person actually uses, before it suggests anything at all.

  • The boundary is written down

Ojava organizes, explains, trends, and prepares you for a visit. It never diagnoses, prescribes, doses, orders labs, or supplies a clinician.

  • Every way in has a way out

Wherever a guide describes bringing data in, it also describes taking it back out: export, share with someone you choose, or delete.

Ojava is a General Wellness product. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it does not replace care from your own clinician. If something feels urgent, contact a clinician or your local emergency number.
