Read your own datawithout losing the thread

Guides for bringing records in, reading a lab panel marker by marker, following a wearable trend, working with Ojava Coach, exporting everything again, and knowing exactly where the wellness boundary sits.

35 guides, kept in step with what the product actually does.

Your dashboard

A calm Ojava Coach chat workspace: start with the question in front of you and keep deeper records one step away. Fitness is your home after you sign in; the dashboard is here whenever you want to talk something through.

What the dashboard is for

The dashboard is a calm place to talk with Ojava Coach. Instead of opening with a wall of numbers, it opens with a focused Ojava Coach workspace: a quiet rail, a centered greeting, suggested health topics, and one large message composer. It is built for the moment when you know you want help, but you do not want to hunt through cards first.

Your records still matter. Ojava Coach can draw on accepted records and consented context when you ask, and deeper areas (Labs, Records, Reports, Saved Coach threads) are one tap away in the top navigation. The dashboard simply puts the conversation first so the app feels calm on arrival.

The chat home

The center of the dashboard is a simple prompt: “How can Ojava help you today?” Under it, health-action chips let you start common workflows quickly, including prescriptions, lab analysis, symptoms, care gaps, longevity, hidden insights, exercise, and diet. Choosing a chip stages the matching prompt in the composer so you can review or edit it before sending.

Header controls

Once a conversation is underway, a small header appears above it with a New chat button and a short session-history popover of recent threads by title and time, so you can start over or pick up an earlier conversation without crowding the main workspace. Deeper navigation (Labs, Records, Reports, Saved Coach threads, your account) lives in the top navigation, not in a side rail.

The composer

The large rounded composer is the primary control. Type a question, attach supported context, or begin from a chip. Ojava keeps the prompt editable because the app should never overwrite a draft you are already writing.

Where the detailed cards live

Detailed readings, records, visit prep, reports, nutrition, wearables, and trend views now live in their focused areas instead of competing on the dashboard. Use Records for accepted files and observations, Insights for patterns and explanations, Reports for shareable visit material, and Ojava Coach for the assistant workflow behind the dashboard.

Empty accounts and growing context

A new account can still use the dashboard to ask general wellness and organization questions. As you add records, accept extracted observations, and connect supported data, Ojava has more context to reference. When something is missing, it should say what is missing rather than pretending to know.

Important

A wellness chat home, not a medical monitor. The dashboard is educational and organizational. Ojava does not diagnose, does not send clinical alerts, and does not monitor you for a condition. If you feel unwell or have an urgent concern, contact a healthcare provider directly rather than waiting for a dashboard response.

Read the guide, then bring your own record

Every page here describes something you can do with data you already have: a lab PDF sitting in an email, an export from a watch, a photograph of dinner. Nothing joins your record until you have seen it and accepted it.

  • Plain language first

A guide says what a marker or a trend generally means in the words a person actually uses, before it suggests anything at all.

  • The boundary is written down

Ojava organizes, explains, trends, and prepares you for a visit. It never diagnoses, prescribes, doses, orders labs, or supplies a clinician.

  • Every way in has a way out

Wherever a guide describes bringing data in, it also describes taking it back out: export, share with someone you choose, or delete.

Ojava is a General Wellness product. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it does not replace care from your own clinician. If something feels urgent, contact a clinician or your local emergency number.
