• Basic, $24/mo, full record import and organization, a monthly refresh checklist, and unlimited chat.
• Standard, $49/mo, everything in Basic plus wearable readiness, recovery, and trends, a weekly refresh, and deeper (about 74-marker) biomarker context.
• Concierge, $149/mo, everything in Standard plus expanded (about 108-marker) biomarker depth and full-context visit-prep and specialist-handoff drafts.

Billing, today

Checkout is not connected yet, so the paid tiers describe what each plan includes rather than charging you. When billing turns on it will be a simple month-to-month membership with no lock-in. We do not bill insurance and do not claim HSA or FSA eligibility today.

What is still coming

Prescriptions, lab orders, clinician review, referrals, and medical-team messaging are part of the licensed clinical layer we are building toward, state by state. They are not part of any plan today. See Coming soon for the roadmap.
