Guides for bringing records in, reading a lab panel marker by marker, following a wearable trend, working with Ojava Coach, exporting everything again, and knowing exactly where the wellness boundary sits.

Recommendations & wellness plan

An adaptive plan built from your own record: suggestions that respond to your data, condition-prep lanes, a clear queue of next actions, and a log of what changed and why.

What Recommendations is

Recommendations is your adaptive wellness plan. It reads your own record, your labs, wearable trends, medications, and goals, and turns it into a small set of grounded suggestions and next steps rather than generic advice. Everything here adapts as your data changes, and everything stays in the wellness lane: lifestyle and prep suggestions you can act on, with medical questions clearly separated for an independent clinician outside Ojava.

Grounded in your imported record

The suggestions are built from what you have actually brought in and accepted, not assumptions. A counter shows how many results are on file so you can see how much the plan has to work with. When the record is thin, Ojava says what is missing instead of guessing, the same fail-closed habit it follows everywhere.

Condition-prep lanes

Common concerns (reflux, allergies, cold and sinus symptoms, fatigue, thyroid, menopause, weight, nutrition, longevity, and more) are mapped to the records they call for and the questions worth bringing to a clinician. These are preparation lanes, they help you organize and get ready for a visit, and they never diagnose the condition or tell you it is what you have.

The prep map now includes chronic-illness lanes such as ME/CFS, long COVID, POTS, fibromyalgia, lupus, arthritis, EDS, MS, migraine, chronic pain, Hashimoto’s, Sjogren’s, MCAS, PCOS, gastroparesis, CRPS, endometriosis, and IBD. They reuse the same symptom, mood, medication, wearable, sleep, and report data you already keep in Ojava, so a hard week becomes a clearer timeline and question list instead of a separate tracker. Public prep pages now give ME/CFS, long COVID, POTS, fibromyalgia, migraine, and IBD their own entry points before a user signs in.

Plan domains: hold, adjust, or prepare a question

Your plan is organized into domains (training, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and the like). For each, Ojava suggests whether to hold steady, make a wellness adjustment, or prepare a question for an independent clinician. Lifestyle adjustments (more easy training, better sleep consistency, a protein target) are yours to act on within general wellness. Anything clinical (a medication, a dose, a clinical decision) stays outside Ojava and is presented only as visit-prep context.

Your wellness-plan queue

The queue is your running list of next actions, each with a clear state (suggested, in progress, done) and, where relevant, a boundary that marks a medical question for discussion with an independent clinician. It is a plan you drive, with the medical-care boundary built into the workflow rather than bolted on.

Goals live here too

Your goals and their action plans sit alongside the wellness plan, so the targets you set and the steps Ojava suggests stay in one place. The mechanics of goals (setting them, the signal-aware action plan, momentum) are covered on the Goals & progress page.

Decision log

As your plan evolves, Ojava keeps a plain-language log of what changed and why, so you can look back and understand how you got here. It is your record of the plan’s history, not a clinical chart.

Prepare the next review with Ojava Coach

From here you can hand the plan to Ojava Coach to talk it through or draft a visit-prep packet for you to review and bring to an independent clinician. The Coach reasons over the same record, so the plan you see and the conversation you have stay consistent.

Important

What Ojava can and cannot do. Recommendations can suggest lifestyle changes, organize your record, prepare you for a visit, and draft questions and packets for a clinician. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe, set a dose, order labs, or make a clinical decision for you. Ojava does not route recommendations for clinical review or turn them into medical actions.

Read the guide, then bring your own record

Every page here describes something you can do with data you already have: a lab PDF sitting in an email, an export from a watch, a photograph of dinner. Nothing joins your record until you have seen it and accepted it.

  • Plain language first

A guide says what a marker or a trend generally means in the words a person actually uses, before it suggests anything at all.

  • The boundary is written down

Ojava organizes, explains, trends, and prepares you for a visit. It never diagnoses, prescribes, doses, orders labs, or supplies a clinician.

  • Every way in has a way out

Wherever a guide describes bringing data in, it also describes taking it back out: export, share with someone you choose, or delete.

Ojava is a General Wellness product. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it does not replace care from your own clinician. If something feels urgent, contact a clinician or your local emergency number.
