Your self-tracking suite

Each of these is a patient-owned log: your data, yours to edit and delete, private to your account. They live alongside your labs and wearable data so everything is in one timeline.

  • Symptom journal: log what you are experiencing over time, with severity and triggers.
  • Mood & stress check-in: a quick daily check on mood, energy, and stress to notice patterns.
  • Cycle tracker: log your period, flow, symptoms, and mood to understand your own cycle (your private log, no fertility predictions or medical advice).
  • Workout & training log: log your sessions, runs, lifts, yoga, pilates, sport, with duration, effort, and distance, to see your training over time.
  • Body measurements: weight, body fat, and waist over time, your numbers, no targets or judgement.
  • Food & nutrition log: log what you eat with calories and macros to see your running daily totals, or just jot it down to spot your own patterns. Snap a photo of a meal or a nutrition label and Ojava estimates the calories and macros for you to review and edit. It is your record, not a prescribed diet or target.
  • Meal planner: plan meals ahead so eating well is the easy choice.
  • Fasting log: track your fasting windows and see your rhythm over time.
  • Water log: one-tap hydration entries with a running total for the day.
  • Holistic wellness: log mind-body practices, acupuncture, massage, meditation, breathwork, reiki, sauna, yoga, sound baths, and more, with a light cosmic touch for fun.
  • Procedures & treatments: anything you are considering, have scheduled, or have done, across medical, dermatology, cosmetic, med spa, dental, and vision, with the provider, dates, recovery plan, and follow-up.
  • Medications: current and past medications, doses, and reasons.
  • Supplements & stack: your supplement stack with brand, dose, form, timing, and purpose.
  • Goals: set your own fitness, longevity, sleep, and recovery goals and track them from active to achieved.

Where to find them

The Timeline groups ten trackers under one tabbed surface, symptoms, mood, cycle, workouts, body, nutrition, meal plan, fasting, holistic, and procedures, so you see one at a time without the clutter. Your profile holds medications and supplements. Goals live with your Recommendations. Wearable readings and connected-device sync live in Insights, and importing records (including connecting a provider) lives in Add Records. Everything you log is also visible to Ojava Doctor so it can answer from your full picture.
