Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and its selling point is unlimited educational AI chat about your health, plus a starter record import and your readings dashboard. No card, no trial clock.
Do you take my card today?
No. Checkout is not connected yet, so the paid tiers describe what each plan includes rather than charging you. When billing turns on it will be a simple monthly membership.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Free gives you unlimited chat and a starter import. Basic adds full record import and organization. Standard adds wearable readiness, recovery, and trends plus deeper (about 74-marker) biomarker context. Concierge adds expanded (about 108-marker) panels and full-context visit-prep.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. When billing is live, plans are month to month with no lock-in. For now there is nothing to cancel.
Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?
Not yet. Ojava is a wellness and record-organization membership today, so we do not bill insurance or claim HSA/FSA eligibility. That may change as we add licensed clinical partners.
What about prescriptions, lab orders, and clinician review?
Those are coming soon, with licensed partners, state by state. Today Ojava organizes your records, explains them, and helps you prepare for your own clinician. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or order labs.
Will my data be private?
Yes. Your records are stored privately, you control every upload, and nothing is used for ad targeting or to train models by default. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.
