Supports structured patient-reported symptom collection. Ojava does not use PROMIS scoring or claim PROMIS validation.Living with a condition
Years of history. One readable page.
Records, symptoms and questions, ready before the appointment.
Ojava organizes your own record and prepares questions. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, monitor a condition, or supply a clinician.

THE RECORD
Scattered history,in one place at last
A portal here, a PDF in an email, a note on a phone, and a symptom you meant to mention and forgot. Ojava sorts each by type, holds it for your review, and keeps it on one timeline so the appointment starts from a record rather than from memory.
- 14 July 2026
Lipid panel, 9 markers
Parsed from a PDF, accepted by you
- 19 April 2026
Visit summary
Records file, read without a DTD, stored as your own
- 7 March 2026
Metabolic panel, 12 markers
The panel your current trend is measured against
Example screen, with illustrative values.
- Everything by type
Lab PDFs, records files, health exports and photographs each get their own parser rather than one hopeful reader.
- Nothing lands unseen
Imported values sit in review until you accept them, and anything wrong can be corrected by hand first.
- Questions, written down
What you noticed, when you noticed it, and what you want to ask, ready as one page before you walk in.
THE BOUNDARY
Preparation,never management
What Ojava does
- Import and organize your own records, labs and history
- Explain in general terms what a marker or a term means
- Show how your own numbers have moved across panels
- Keep dated symptom notes between appointments
- Draft the questions you want to ask, from your own record
What stays with a clinician
- Diagnosing, or telling you what you have
- Treatment, prescribing, dosing or refills
- Ordering a test, or reading one as safe or unsafe for you
- Monitoring a condition, or alerting anybody on your behalf
- Anything urgent, severe, or getting worse
Ojava will not supply clinicians, prescriptions, lab orders or visits, now or later. That is a decision about what the product is, not a feature waiting for a launch date. If something concerns you, speak to your own clinician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, and the visit gets easier
This is deliberately unambitious work. Get the paper in, keep a note when something changes, and arrive with both instead of with a vague memory of a bad fortnight.
Bring in what you already have
Drop a lab PDF, a records file or a health export. The type is detected from the file itself, values are checked back against the source text, and the result waits in review until you accept it.
- XML
- ZIP
Detected by type, then held in review.
Note what changed, when it changed
A symptom, a side effect you noticed, a week that felt different. Dated as you write it, so a pattern across two months has something to stand on.
- Days with a note
- 13 of 14
- Weeks tracked
- 15
Walk in with one readable page
The timeline, the direction your own markers have moved, and the questions you wrote down, out as a single page you can hand over or read from.
- Documents on file
- 28
- Markers with a trend
- 13
- Questions drafted
- 6
Everything is exportable and deletable, and nothing joins your record until you accept it.
WHAT COMES WITH YOU
Four things, kept where you can find them

- HbA1c
- Favorable
Every marker with its band and the direction it has moved across your own panels.

QUESTIONS
The awkward ones,answered first
A product that will not manage your condition needs to be clear about what it does instead.
Can Ojava manage my condition for me?
No. Ojava organizes your record and helps you prepare for a conversation. Diagnosis, treatment, prescribing and ongoing medical management stay with your own clinician, and Ojava will never supply one.
Will it tell me what my results mean?
It explains in general terms what a marker measures and shows how yours has moved across your own panels, using plain band words rather than normal or abnormal. What it means for you is a clinical judgment.
What if it reads a document wrong?
Every extracted value is checked back against the source text, and the document then sits in review rather than joining your record. You can correct any value by hand, and nothing counts toward a trend until you accept it.
Does daily tracking actually help?
It gives an appointment something to work with. A dated note about a bad fortnight is more useful than trying to reconstruct it in the room, and the gaps stay visible rather than being averaged away.
Where does my data go?
It stays in your own account, readable only by you. Records are never used to train a model, there is no ad tracking, and export and deletion are real on every plan including the free one.
